NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT RULES
Notice is hereby given that the Wyoming State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors intends to adopt new Rules and Regulations.
The proposed changes can be accessed by visiting the Board’s Web-Site at engineersandsurveyors.wy.gov or hard copy can be obtained by writing or calling the Board office at 6920 Yellowtail Rd., Cheyenne, WY 82002, (307)777-6155.
Public comments on the proposed changes will be accepted until end of business on March 8, 2010. All comments must be in writing and can be e-mailed to wyopepls@state.wy.us, faxed to the Board office at (307)777-3403 or mailed to the Board office at the above mentioned address.
